Each player is permitted a single registered account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Minimum requirements, eligible games, and validity periods are stated per promotion. Full terms apply.
Use of bots, arbitrage software, or collusion is strictly prohibited. naga73 employs automated fraud detection and will void winnings obtained through prohibited practices.

Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User") and naga73 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing any wager on naga73, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety. Each Player may hold only one Account on naga73 at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all funds across associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Indonesian national identification or passport number, residential address, and active contact details. You undertake to update this information promptly should it change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. naga73 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
naga73 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at our sole discretion.
4.1 Deposits. naga73 accepts deposits via the following methods for Indonesian Players: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified per payment method and are subject to change. All deposits are credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
4.2 Processing Times. Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) typically process within minutes during business banking hours (08:00–16:00 WIB, Monday–Friday). Off-hours, weekend, and public holiday transfers may take up to 24 hours. e-Wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay typically process instantly. naga73 does not guarantee processing times as these are also dependent on third-party banking systems.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed excl usively to payment methods registered in the Player's own name and verified during the KYC process. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days for bank transfers and 12–48 hours for e-wallet withdrawals. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests placed on hold pending completion of KYC verification.
4.4 Withdrawal Fees. naga73 does not charge withdrawal fees on amounts exceeding IDR 500,000. Withdrawals below this threshold may incur an administrative fee of up to IDR 15,000. Third-party processing fees imposed by banks or e-wallet providers are the Player's responsibility.
4.5 Currency. All deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are transacted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). naga73 does not accept cryptocurrencies or foreign currencies.
4.6 Source of Funds. Players must ensure that all funds deposited into naga73 derive from legal and legitimate sources. naga73 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds, particularly for withdrawals exceeding IDR 50,000,000 or where unusual deposit patterns are detected.
5.1 Bonus Structure. naga73 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time the bonus is granted, including minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet sizes during active wagering, and expiry periods.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Credits are subject to wagering requirements before they convert into withdrawable Balance. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of IDR 100,000 requires total eligible wagers of IDR 3,000,000 before any winnings may be withdrawn.
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) may contribute 10–20%, and certain excluded games (typically togel and sportsbook bets in some promotions) contribute 0%. Full contribution rates are published per promotion.
5.4 Maximum Bet Limits. While wagering a bonus, the maximum per-bet stake is capped at IDR 25,000 for slots and IDR 50,000 for live casino games unless otherwise stated. Exceeding this limit will void the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.5 Bonus Abuse. Intentional exploitation of bonuses through duplicate accounts, arbitrage betting, or strategic patterns identified by our fraud-detection systems will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus, cancellation of associated winnings, and suspension of the Account.
5.6 One Bonus Per Player. Only one bonus may be active at a time. Players must complete wagering of the current bonus or forfeit it before claiming a new promotion.
6.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on naga73 are provided by internationally recognised Game Providers whose random number generators (RNG) and Return to Player (RTP) percentages are independently audited and certified. naga73 does not alter, manipulate, or interfere with game outcomes.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct. The following practices are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
6.3 Sportsbook-Specific Rules. Sports bets are settled according to official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, FIFA for international matches). In the event of postponements, cancellations, or walkovers, bets are voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Live betting markets may be suspended at any time at naga73's discretion. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; if any leg is void, the entire parlay is voided.
6.4 Togel-Specific Rules. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets placed on naga73 are settled based on official draw results published by the relevant lottery operator (Singapore Pools for Singapore draws, Hong Kong Jockey Club for Hong Kong draws, etc.). Bets must be placed before the official betting cut-off time for each draw. Late bets will be automatically cancelled and stakes returned.
Disconnection During Play: If you experience a technical disconnection during an active game round, the round will continue to completion automatically based on your last action. For slots, the spin completes server-side. For live casino, the hand or round resolves as usual. Reconnect to view the outcome. naga73 is not liable for losses incurred due to third-party network outages or device failures.
7.1 Verification Requirement. naga73 is legally obligated to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit scanned or photographed copies of the following documents upon your first withdrawal request, or at any time if requested by our compliance team:
7.2 Processing Time. KYC verification typically takes 24–72 hours. During this period, withdrawal requests will remain pending. Incomplete or unclear documentation will delay processing; our support team will contact you if additional documents are required.
7.3 Data Confidentiality. All documentation submitted for KYC purposes is handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is securely stored, encrypted, and accessible only by authorised compliance personnel. naga73 will never share your documents with unauthorised third parties.
8.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected] and requesting permanent closure. Once closed, any remaining Balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within 7 business days, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC verification.
8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account, place bets, or claim bonuses. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the chosen period. 8.3 Platform-Initiated Suspension. naga73 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, without prior notice, if we determine—at our sole discretion—that:

8.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. naga73 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of IDR 50,000 per month on inactive accounts with a positive Balance until the Balance is exhausted or the Player reactivates the Account.
naga73 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, virus-free, or continuously available. naga73 shall not be held liable for:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, naga73's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content on the Platform—including but not limited to the naga73 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, photographs, and audio-visual materials—is the exclusive property of naga73 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission. Unauthorised use may result in civil and criminal penalties.
Game content, including slot graphics, live dealer video feeds, and game logic, is owned by the respective Game Providers and is licensed to naga73 for platform distribution. Players are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access games solely for entertainment purposes through the Platform.

Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.
We collect personal data necessary to operate your Account, process payments, comply with legal obligations (including KYC and anti-money laundering requirements), and improve our services. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

naga73 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using naga73 and close your Account.
Material changes that significantly alter your rights or obligations will be communicated to active Players via email or in-platform notification.
13.1 Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which naga73 holds its operating license. Where conflicts of law arise, the laws of that jurisdiction shall prevail.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting our support team at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body specified in our license jurisdiction.
13.3 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
